K9 Resorts is a successful, national franchise that offers a luxury dog hotel with a resort-style experience, combining familiar comforts with recreational fun.

K9 Resorts, a national franchise of luxury boarding and doggie daycare facilities, is opening soon in Wayne with a building that resembles a five-star, luxury hotel. And the Main Line Jawn is on–thanks to Wayne owners, and lifelong dog lovers, Chris and Marnie Kulp.

We think the accommodations check all the boxes for discriminating Main Line dog owners. Don’t you?

15,000 square feet of space (inside and outside)
accommodations for over 100 dogs
no stinky dog or kennel smell guaranteed
spotless sanitation with a hospital-grade filtration system
fields of anti-microbial K9 grass and private play areas
no stress inducing services like nail-clipping
hotel-inspired reception area with wainscoting and sparkling chandeliers
sound resistant rooms with luxury bedding
canine cuisine at its finest with veterinarian-approved Blue Buffalo food

and more…

Locals might recognize the name as the Malvern location (different owners) has thrived since it opened in 2019. A community Grand Opening celebration for Wayne is planned once they open their doors and wrap up construction. Stay tuned on their social media channels for updates.
