This year’s Ardmore Day will take place on Saturday, October 17th from 11am to 4pm, with activities and entertainment for all ages and exciting, new activations centered around a fully immersive Halloween experience.
So what’s new? A vintage car show will take place on Rittenhouse Place, while families can enjoy an old-fashioned corn maze (also new this year). While the popular Ardbark Dog Parade & Contest will return, it will be followed by a brand new Children’s Spooktacular Parade and Candy Scavenger Hunt.
One of the day’s special attractions will be Fox 29’s Bob Kelly, who will join Swoop and the Philadelphia Eagles Cheerleaders for cheers, photos and Philly spirit. After Swoop and the Cheerleaders depart, the fun and entertainment continues with local musicians from Meridee Winter’s School of Music, performing in Schauffele Plaza.
Families will find plenty to keep the kiddos busy, including the Family Fun Zone, bumper cars, a trackless train and other activities throughout the event area. Local businesses will be handing out plenty of candy at their tables for kids and the big trick-or-treaters too!
While Ardmore Day has continued to grow into one of the region’s most popular fall events since that first Open House idea in 2019, its purpose remains quite simple: to bring people together and showcase the businesses, organizations and people that make one of the Main Line’s most vibrant towns so very special.
