Engaged couples in Philadelphia will soon have the chance to plan nearly every element of their wedding in a single afternoon. On Sunday, March 22nd, the inaugural Philadelphia Wedding Walk will transform ten of Center City’s most iconic venues into fully styled wedding celebrations, creating one of the largest immersive wedding planning experiences the region has ever seen.

Produced by Philadelphia-based experiential firm Cypress & Salt Events, the Philadelphia Wedding Walk invites couples to step inside real venues already set for ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, complete with florals, décor, live music, culinary tastings, cocktails, and interactive wedding experiences.

Participating venues include: PAFA, Fitler Club, Philadelphia Distilling, W Philadelphia, The Notary Hotel, The Liberty View, City Winery, Lilah, Vaux Studio, and The Moshulu, creating a city-wide showcase where couples can move from venue to venue throughout the afternoon. More than 150 wedding professionals will participate, offering couples the rare opportunity to meet planners, designers, florists, photographers, caterers, entertainers, beauty teams, and specialty vendors face-to-face while experiencing their work in a real-world setting. “Most couples spend months scheduling venue tours and vendor meetings,” said Anthony Reto, Founder of Cypress & Salt Events and Executive Producer of the event. “The Philadelphia Wedding Walk compresses that entire process into one unforgettable afternoon.
Couples can see venues fully styled, taste catering, experience entertainment, and meet the creative teams who could bring their wedding to life.”

Unlike traditional bridal expos held inside convention centers or large businesses, the Philadelphia Wedding Walk unfolds across the city itself in an experiential way. Each venue will feature fully designed ceremony installations, cocktail hour activations, and reception environments, allowing couples to envision what their wedding day could truly look and feel like. Throughout the afternoon, guests will discover culinary experiences ranging from chef-driven tasting stations and roaming oyster shuckers to gourmet popsicles, dessert carts, and artisanal gelato, alongside interactive moments like live guest illustration, bridal fashion showcases, content creators capturing the day in real time, and curated décor installations.

Craft cocktails featuring Bluecoat Gin, the event’s official liquor partner, will be featured throughout the route.

VIP Brunch: 11:30am at The Fitler Club
After Party: 5pm – 6pm at City Winery
Location: 10 venues throughout Center City, Philadelphia
Check-in: Check-in will begin promptly at 12:00pm at every participating venue. You can check-in at the venue of your choice.
Shuttles: Shuttles will run in a continuous loop beginning at 12:30pm with express shuttles running to Fishtown.
