Radnor Parks & Recreation is commemorating the miracle of Hanukkah with a first-ever festival–complete with music, free food and a nine-foot menorah lighting. Light Up Wayne is being held at the Wayne Train Station on Saturday, December 20th from 3:30pm. Everyone is welcome to spread light and joy with one another.

“This event is about is connecting our community’s spirit through the Festival of Lights. There are many Christmas tree lighting ceremonies in the area, and we wanted to bring a Hanukkah Menorah Lighitng event that would engage the vibrant and diverse Radnor community in a way it never has before. What started as a simple gathering quickly evolved into a greater festival as Wayne business owners, local organizations, and resident interest surged with support,” enthused Tammy Cohen–Director of Radnor Township’s Parks and Recreation Department. We went one-on-one with Tammy to learn more about this special afternoon.
