The exquisite menu created by Executive Chef Drew Stark will begin with a champagne toast and include the choices of: Hubbard Squash Soup, Truffle Gnocchi, Butter Poached Lobster, Pan Seared Filet Mignon, Oven Roasted Rack of Lamb and will finish with a Chocolate Hazelnut 12-Layer Cake.
