As our favorite holiday of Halloween approaches, we thought we would dig into the AroundMainLine archives and bring back to life an all-time fav.
The Spookytini! It was a signature cocktail we served for many years at our Halloween restaurant events with Sullivan’s Steakhouse in King of Prussia. It was a ton of fun.
So what is the Spookytini? Well, it is “screaming” for Instagram and Tiktok that is for sure. A delicious martini made with edible dry ice, it smokes while you sip…and creates quite the conversation piece!

Spookytini Drink Recipe (Passion Fruit Cosmopolitan)
1 ½ oz SKYY Passion fruit Vodka
¾ oz Bols Orange Curacao
1 ½ oz cranberry juice
½ oz simple syrup
1 lime wedge squeezed
1 lemon wedge squeezed
Splash of orange juice
