Life is like a box of chocolates for Philly’s Lisa Schoenbeck.

The owner of Good Good Chocolates, established in 2016 and delightfully celebrating ten years in business, Schoenbeck creates bespoke confections that are equal parts works of art and equal parts haute couture culinary masterpieces.

Good Good Chocolates produces small batches of hand shelled chocolates made using the finest natural ingredients: premium chocolate by Valrhona and República Del Cacao, vanilla beans, Plugrá butter and the best local and in season ingredients they can source.

Penns Woods Winery Collab

Current collabs include a wine and chocolate pairing with Delco’s Penns Woods Winery offering a perfectly paired flight of four premium Penns Woods selections (2oz each) with four handcrafted, gourmet bonbons from Good Good Chocolates. This pairing pack will also include a detailed menu to guide you through the beautiful interactions of each pairing.

Good Good X Dandelion Chocolate

Lisa Schoenbeck is the owner of Philadelphia’s Good Good Chocolates.

In addition, Good Good has partnered with San Francisco chocolatier Dandelion Chocolate—a bean-to-bar chocolate maker in San Fran’s Mission District. (Seems a tad scandalous, lol, for us diehard Eagles fans but we will let this ‘one’ time go. Ha!) The collab presents an octet of luscious, fruit-forward bonbons highlighting two exquisite chocolate pairings: pear and raspberry.

Four bonbons feature fresh, seasonal organic pears roasted to silky smoothness, and crafted into juicy pâte de fruit and velvety 70% Ambanja, Madagascar chocolate-pear ganache; and four bonbons showcase fragrant, sweet-tart raspberries, transformed into juicy pâte de fruit, atop fruity Ambanja, Madagascar ganache.
