Media Holiday Shopping Guide 2011

Photos courtesy of Weld Photography

America’s first fair trade town, Media’s diverse retail scene that is rooted in the arts makes it one of the top shopping towns in the western suburbs. AML took to Main Street with the talented team of Weld Photography by our side to celebrate eight great Media retailers.

Media draws more than 250,000 people yearly from its surrounding townships. On the 2nd Saturday of every month, the Media Arts Council hosts a Second Saturday Arts Stroll. Over 30 businesses on and around State Street in Media stay open late as part of a free arts event—the next 2nd Saturday is December 10th.

Learn more about these amazing small business owners below—and we hope to see you in downtown Media shopping this holiday season!
