Registration for the Hat Contest begins at 9:30AM. The contest will be held from 10:30 – 11:30. Categories this year include: Best of Devon; Most Fascinating; Best Hat to Toe; Best in Show. The beloved Carson Kressley will be returning to judge the contest this year!
