Chicken Asiago – pan seared chicken beneath a blend of asiago & fontina cheese and seasoned breadcrumbs
Blue Corn Tacos – pulled pork or chicken, smashed black beans, avocado, salsa, jack cheese with chipotle lime sauce and spanish rice
Chicken Penne – grilled chicken breast, basil and sundried tomatoes tossed with al dente pencil point pasta in a light sundried tomato cream sauce

Pan Roasted Cod – fresh market cod with warm potato & artichoke salad, fresh herbs, citrus butter
