As many of you know, AroundMainLine.com is fully vested in connecting with the local community seven days a week, 365 days a year through our exciting social media channels.
And we were thrilled to reach a very important milestone recently—6,000 followers on Twitter!
AroundMainLine.com’s successful Twitter account ranks in the top one percent most popular Twitter accounts in the world—and it is such a valuable way for me to meet, connect and interact with thousands around the Delaware Valley each and every week.
I wanted to do something very special for this milestone of 6,000. So, I contacted AML photographer Meagan Ebersole of Me Photo and Design and the very talented Allison Messick of A Sweet Mess Cakes—both based in downtown Media, PA.
After some fun brainstorming, the three of us came up with…Twitter cupcakes! Meagan’s photography is outstanding and the design of the cupcakes by Allison was SPOT ON. Oh, and the cupcakes were not only ridiculously cool but also delicious.
I’m very grateful for the thousands of friends I have connected with on Twitter and I cannot wait to see what the rest of 2012 brings AML’s booming social media audiences.
